StevenGD-OTS The APP setting forces the app (e.g., accessing a managed account and reading a message in Outlook that contains a web link) to transfer the browser link to Edge. It's Edge that then makes the decision of whether to open the site in the managed (AAD) account, InPrivate, or prompt the user to open in a personal (MSA) account based on the app config settings. Edge has no plans to offer a transfer to a third-party browser in the case the link needs to be opened in the personal (MSA) context.
