For the issue where users are unable to enroll enterprise Corporate-owned fully managed user devices (COBO) and corporate-owned, personally enabled devices (COPE) devices into Microsoft Intune, we've determined that a recent update intended to optimize the Intune service performance inadvertently introduced a misconfiguration inhibiting users from enrolling Android COBO or COPE devices with Intune.
