Hello everyone,
I need some assistance and REX about the connector version 6.2510.2000.5 with all the requirement following your article because until now since 01/18/2026 the connector failed and it's the third time since october we noticed that the connector had disappeared.
We reinstalled the connector on a new server and assigned the required permissions.
However, the deployment issue is still persisting and i have no idea ... :'( with the bad error.
On my 365 services, i've the incident reference IT1220525 related to hybrid enrollement devices is resolved and the root cause since 12/02/2025 was : "An authentication component leveraged during the Windows Autopilot Hybrid Entra join process was malformed, which inhibited authentication and caused impact."
This incident is resolved in 01/26/2026 following but i don't have the trust that connector will be stable and have an error/dissepar the next month and it's really tough ...
Can u please help me intune community to this case because as today, writing this comment, i still can't enroll hybrid devices.
