We can confirm it is safe to uninstall the old on-prem Intune Connector for Active Directory and reinstall the latest build ICAD on the same Server 2022 hosts. Once uninstalled, the connector will show as "Inactive" in the Intune portal, and you can remove/delete this manually by selecting the connector in the Intune Portal, and selecting delete, This in turn can help avoid confusion with duplicate entries when reinstalling ICAD on the same server. Alternatively, it is also safe to leave the connectors in Intune, as Intune automatically cleans this up after 30 days. To deal with the MSA accounts, deleting the old accounts after uninstall can help to avoid conflicts as upon installation of the new ICAD, the wizard will create a new MSA account with the correct permissions and configuration.
