Just in Time registration and compliance Remediation for iOS/iPadOS with Microsoft Intune
Hi,
One of my customers is currently facing a scenario where they have used company portal as an enrollment method in the passed. They therefore have a bunch of devices that are not completely enrolled. (User never logged in to company portal).
I'm now trying to use JIT to complete the registration but i'm facing some issues
- I have deployed the SSO extension policy as below:
- Microsoft Authenticator app is required install
The authenticator gets installed. But the sso config returns this error:
Checking the Authenticator logs. The only think i can see related to SSO is this error: 2023-05-08 12:21:32.200 ERRO PhoneFactor 0 TID=1 717 (+[AADWrapper isSharedDeviceUserlessRegistrationInfoInSSOExtConfig]) No SSO config has been set when checking for userless registration info.
PS: The configuration works fine on new devices. But not to register devices that has not yet completed the enrollment.
Any ideas?
