Hi girlnextdoor531, thanks for the question! Depending on whether it is a token or a key, case sensitivity can vary. Both {{userprincipalname}} and {{UserPrincipalName}} should work as this would be a token name, and token names are not case sensitive. However, if it is an app configuration key name, then case sensitivity would apply to the value within {{}}. Hope this helps!
