Hi, I a lot of good info here. it has changed a bit since this was written though.

Apple DEP Portal is now business.apple.com and Microsoft Intune is now endpoint.microsoft.com and it seems that the process has changed a bit (easier). Would you look at updating this guide? I think it would be helpful as there is not a lot of good up to date info out there.
