Granting overlay permissions to Managed Home Screen for Android Enterprise dedicated devices

Unable to get this work.
Running Samsung tablet Android 11.
Added a Android Enterprise system app as required.
This is the correct name for system settings app, checked it using Packages Names app: com.android.settings
Also tried adding com.android.settings.Settings
Still unable to click on grant.
*Update*
Got this working now, reset device, also hade Notification windows, disabled in the profile under General, set this to Not configured and everything is working correct now.
