When a device is enrolled and using the Managed Home Screen app, enabling System notifications allows end users to skip or ignore the sign in and session PIN screens. The screens are still shown, but users can ignore them, and aren't required to enter anything.
This is a big security breach!!
The solution from Microsoft support is to disable notifications.
This is not workable. Not only all the app notifications are not working then, but you can also not ring the phone anymore and get notified.
