Enrolling Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows devices with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
AlphaSeb not sure if it helps, but we have run into this and found if you log in with the DEM account it will complete the Intune enrollment further, allowing the win32apps to be evaluated and deployed. You used to be able to click a link in settings to finish the enrollment, but this was removed in an update.
unless the Intune support team has other advice…. This is the way we’ve gotten it to work.
as far as renaming the system, I figured out how to scan the event logs for the Skype room system and get the display
name of the CR account signed in and other attributes. Not sure if this is limited to systems with the mtr agent, but we use it for dynamically naming the system with room information as well as setting custom backgrounds based on single or dual display or even location. It would be nice if this was more straight forward in Intune or the MTR system and I didn’t have to code around it. But the information is available and obtainable 😉
