Enrolling Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows devices with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Thank you for the post this is great information. One quick question though, many customers may wish the device name of the MTR to match some information about the room just so it is easier to identify later in endpoint manager or AzureAD.
If we use the manual method this is not an issue as we are naming it.
If we use the bulk method as per your design we would end up with MTR-%%% a couple of quick questions:
1) Would there be any issue with the admin renaming the computer afterwards to something more customer like MTR-Bldg1ConfRm8 and if so confirm where the best place would be to do that in Intune (assuming we can)
2) I do not think this exists today but in the future if there would be anyway to create a prompt where we can enter in the custom name during the OOBE / Provisioning package deployment.
