Deploying macOS FileVault with Microsoft Intune

We have tested this new recommended setup to find out that by using it, Mac is stuck on Create a Mac Account screen for a while and then "Log In to Finish Creating Account" message appear, afterwards you get a standard login screen which is blinking black back and fort - scripts are being pushed and you cannot do anything except force restart the Mac with the power button. Happened twice on 2 different Macs. Third test without this behavior but without FileVault screen even showing during Setup Assistant, FileVault not being turned on during activation. Reverting back to the old setup.
