Hello all
AlphaSeb We've had a look and we could reproduce the same issue. We'd love to learn more about your scenario and have a look into it further to establish where the issue may be. Can you reach out to us via DM with screenshots of the available setting and tenant info for us to have a further look into? Thanks!
usern15 We'd recommend having a look at the existing device restriction settings and App protection policies to ensure Face ID authentication is configured correctly. Here are a couple of resource to help:
https://learn.microsoft.com/mem/intune/configuration/device-restrictions-ios#settings-apply-to-device-enrollment-automated-device-enrollment-supervised-4
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/app-protection-policy-settings-ios#access-requirements
Feel free to DM us with further info about your current configuration if the above doesn't rectify the issue. Thanks!
Stephan_van_Hienen Can you DM us with a screenshot of where you applied the settings in settings catalog if its through Declarative Device Management (DDM) or Declarative Device Management preview Software Update Settings? Thanks!
