Hi,

 

Thanks for the info, and sharing the issues you are experiencing. 

 

To start off, can you confirm if the issue is appearing after you have implemented the workaround documented in this article?

Does manually applying the permissions to the folder help to solve the issue in the interim?
Also, are you able to test on 2022 server, and DM us the results?

I'm experiencing this same issue It's happening during initial installation and first sign-in. 

I'm using Server 2022 STD Hybrid Joined,
