Recently lost access to my intune company portal, was constantly prompt to sign-in to my O365 account. Working with my Enterprise IT, my device will not enroll, always getting the error "Couldn't add your device. Your company support has not authorized this device for management. Contact your company support for help." With options to Sign out or email support. Emailing support uploads logs to Microsoft and allows me to email an incident number.
My IT department has tried 6 ways from Sunday to get my device in the system, IMEI, MEID, Serial number, etc. Nothing appears to be working, always at Registering device does this error occur.
Everything was working fine until Wednesday or Thursday of last week.
