Build a macOS onboarding splash screen with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Octory

I haven't had any luck getting this to work.  I scripted apps I set them to managed and for app store apps I set to system.  It will sometimes recognize the ones marked system.  But the ones marked Managed that are scripts never show status of being installed and never show they have been installed.  Logs show they installed and are physically there.  I noticed in the octory log it says trying to write to _mbsetupuser or something profile.  The script is set to consoleuser $3, is it thinking it's the MS agent running?  Not sure if that matters. Usually all apps are installed within 30 minutes and the laptops are ready to reboot and be good to go.  I've waited over an hour and octory just doesn't seem to work right.  Not sure why, I believe I have everything setup correctly, but obviously something is off.
