I prefer Remediations (scripts) because the 'With Issues' and 'Issues Fixed' count of failed computers helped me troubleshoot what was going on, and because I want to keep an eye on anything altering my alternate admin account name/account because it is a dependency with my config of LAPS. I don't like PS Scripts as they are once only per account (from what I recall, unless that has changed, and they always run) but I don't want to slow down logins after restarts any more than I have too. OMA-URI settings are not 'in my face enough' if something is wrong and being corrected all the time.
