Intune_Support_Team data is being reported wrongly in many cases, the only thing that changed in this update is the UI (for better or worse that isn't the point at the moment) the point is that we can't rely on the data or fully understand it (w/o going back and forth to articles / forums such as this).
We opened few tickets (for different customers), some with premier support only to found out that there isn't a real solution (I hope you get the same results on your tests).
PS - Even if part (or all) of your "tips" in this article are completely accurate, I'm sure you understand that's it is almost impossible to take all of those "known issues" into considerations when you deploying and managing thousands of devices and just want to understand if configuration are being deployed successfully (it almost impossible to keep track on "known issues" as well as the deployment itself).
