To troubleshoot this:
- You can enable tracing to check for NCo Client Library logs: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/logic-apps/connectors/sap?tabs=consumption#enable-sap-client-library-nco-logging-and-tracing-built-in-connector-only
- You can check the connectivity to Logic App and SAP by using `tcpping` as described by David in one of the comment above.
- If nothing helps, please create a support ticket at Microsoft for further help
To accurately answer your question, you can check the SAP NCo logs mentioned in #1 above to see if the call is being made to SAP Server, and the response is coming form the Server or before a call is made to the server. NCo logs will have details to all the payload and respective response from the SAP Server
