Hi mikeholdorf - we do not yet have the support to update or remove the documents from an index. We have noted your feedback and added this to our backlog to add a new action to the connector to support this capability. Meanwhile, you can use REST APIs available https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/searchservice/addupdate-or-delete-documents

Logic Apps HTTP connector can be used to call REST endpoints. Please let us know if you have any other feedback as you try these capabilities.
