Hi MichaelGannotti, Mike, Dave, Susan. We are developing our own Core Model Bot, with one "IT Support" declinaison, integrated in Teams. For one customer, we've developed our own Service Now connector, with severall functionnalities : 

- Ticket management

- SN workflow discovery and execution by our bot (in Teams)

- SN KB crawling and capabilities to finf the best result for a question, using NLP et semantic analysis

- Outage management

- Bot to human management

- ...

Does Microsoft (or Microsoft Customers) may be interested with ? It's a commercial product of course, but we can program a demo or just talk about it ?

We've developed the same kind of connector for GLPI, by the way.
