You’ll be presented with two options: 

  • Templates: Choose from pre-built layouts like Newsletter, Event, Status Update, or Process. These provide a structured starting point and ensure consistency across your site. 
  • Open Prompts: Type a natural language prompt (e.g., “Create a page about our Q3 product launch”), and Copilot will generate a layout and content suggestions based on your input.

Adding a section is just as intuitive: 

  1. Open an existing SharePoint page. 
  1. Click + Add section. 
  1. Choose Copilot from the section options. 
  1. Enter a prompt like “Add a section summarizing our latest customer feedback.” 

Copilot will generate a section using your prompt and the page’s context. You can edit the content before publishing, ensuring it aligns with your message and tone.
