I have recently met the teams that cover Outlook for Mac and learned they continuously are working to bridge these gaps and improve the user experience across all platforms.
Regarding the new version of Outlook for Mac, I acknowledge that some features from the old version are still being integrated. Your feedback about removing file attachments from received emails is valuable, and I will pass it on to our development team. I appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the functionality.
As for Copilot, it's designed to assist users by automating repetitive tasks and providing intelligent suggestions, ultimately aiming to boost productivity. Personally, I use it to help rewrite emails and extract information from previous calls and meetings to aid with research and responses. While it might not be for everyone, many users, like myself, find it helpful in managing their daily tasks more efficiently and would be happy to connect to see how I could help!

Anyhow I spent so many frustrating hours with the Microsoft-support promising me that they will bridge these gaps asap and keep on improving the user experiences and also to integrate the feature which will let you remove file attachments - problem is, this was years, respectively months ago - to sum it up: in the end only empty words. So I can only hope that you are really that close to the development team to be able to let them know how frustrating the user experience is and that we, the paying customers, are desperately waiting for improvements - nowadays so many corporates are switching to Mac and the employees are enjoying it but they are definitely not enjoying the experience of Office 365 for Mac. michaelgoadMonths passed by since the last time we wrote each other and the experience of Outlook for Mac kept just bad - the feature which will let you remove file attachments is still missing and none of your team reached out to me. Maybe I am too stupid to understand but why is this handy feature still missing? Why?
