MicrosoftSo you are talking about a "super new user-experience" in Outlook for Mac - what a lie I can only tell. There are so many features that are still missing in comparison to Outlook for Windows and which takes Microsoft years to implement, because they want you to use the Windows-version! As a paying Office 365 user I can only say that's a shame. In comparison the "old version" of Outlook for Mac is far more functional - the old version allows at least to remove file attachments from received e-mails. The new version can't do this - answer of the support: "it still a beta" - WTF Microsoft!
And to be honest - who cares about CoPilot? It's just a silly gimmick which costs a lot of money...

Anyhow I spent so many frustrating hours with the Microsoft-support promising me that they will bridge these gaps asap and keep on improving the user experiences and also to integrate the feature which will let you remove file attachments - problem is, this was years, respectively months ago - to sum it up: in the end only empty words. So I can only hope that you are really that close to the development team to be able to let them know how frustrating the user experience is and that we, the paying customers, are desperately waiting for improvements - nowadays so many corporates are switching to Mac and the employees are enjoying it but they are definitely not enjoying the experience of Office 365 for Mac.
