This morning I received a request on LinkedIn asking me the following. “Michael, is there a way to turn off presenting? Teachers are coming to us for help with students interrupting the class with their own presentations….. Thanks.”
I am often asked the same thing by hospital clinicians, Pharma Researchers, and more. The ability to be able to control who can present can be a critical one especially in larger meetings to avoid chaos.
In this HLS Show Me How video I demonstrate how to edit a Microsoft Teams Meeting options to control who can, and cannot, present.
