vara93 I am sorry that you are having issues, but as explained in our private conversation, troubleshooting the "local_username" folder issue is not easy or trivial. Our team does not have any data or telemetry that indicates that FSLogix is the cause of the open handles to the "local_username" folder. As such this is not a problem that my team can fix. My team is aware that some customers are experiencing this issue, but we lack evidence that points to FSLogix as the cause.
If you are unable to open a support case, then my best recommendation would be to post your issue or question to the Microsoft Q & A - FSLogix site. Additionally, if we do end up finding that there is a fix we can implement, you'll be able to read about it when we post the release notes.
