What appears to be happening is the fslogix disk is mounted at logon, disk corruption is found so a chk disk is automatically performed. This causes a timing issue with login, the profile is not ready and the Appreadiness service then thinks it's a new profile and tries to prepare apps for first use. Appreadiness times out after 5min due to profile paths\redirection being incomplete. GPO fails to run properly as a result so folder redirection fails and users do not get access to their files. Also, the
Windows Push Notifications User Service starts to runaway with RAM usage (10-30GB) making the left click Start Menu unresponsive. You can kill the process, eventually getting start menu back, but the user profile is still jacked up. User log out and back in results in the scenario repeating itself.
