After we adjusted the antivirus rules, it worked at first.
But now it only works every few logins again.
What else I have noticed in the meantime:
- Outside of Citrix / FSLogix we also use the new Teams and there are no problems with the antivirus program, although it is the same with the same infrastructure.
- I have installed the Windows Terminal AppX package and have also activated the autostart there as a test. The error also appears there, but with the Terminal_Autostart.exe.
We have added the entire WindowsApps folder and all .exe to the exceptions, but the error still occurs again and again. So I don't need to think about distributing for our entire company yet, because it just hasn't really been solved yet.
When Teams starts, the terminal also starts. If I get the error message in Teams, it also appears in the terminal.
Since it also happens with the terminal, it doesn't seem to be a Teams problem. Since Teams works outside of VDI, it can't really be an antivirus problem.
That's why I'm back here with FSLogix as the cause.
