MicrosoftAnyone else having issues with application masking after HF3? I'm administering 2 separate Citrix environments - one Server 2016 based and one Server 2019 based - using Citrix Provisioning Services. After installing 2210 HF3 (clean build image - hence no upgrade) my rules stopped working on both environments. It appears rules are not being compiled. If I empty "C:\Program Files\FSLogix\Apps\Rules" and subsequently "C:\Program Files\FSLogix\Apps\CompiledRules" then add rules back to C:\Program Files\FSLogix\Apps\Rules, "C:\Program Files\FSLogix\Apps\CompiledRules" remains empty whereas it would normally almost instantaneously be populated with compiled versions of the applied rules.
We use both hiding and redirection rules - hiding rules for hiding applications for ineligible users and redirection for continued support for application having moved (i.e. Chrome moving from Program Files (x86) to Program Files) and learned about the issue from test users wondering about autostarting apps turning up and pinned Chrome shortcuts suddenly not working.
We have reverted to HF2 and everything is back to normal 🙂
