Microsoft ah ok I found, when you don't specify the language in the url, it redirects by default to the url specific to the browser language ("fr-fr" for me).
You should specify the "en-us" path: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/microsoft-cost-management-updates-november-2024/
