The link for the survey is broken and I believe the problem is with the hyperlink.

Probably the most descriptive FQDN I've seen in 30 years though. And with no HTTPS, could well be from 30 years ago!

There is something wrong with the "Windows Server Upgrades survey" link that was posted, at least for me.
