Well I would like to express my huge concern regarding the withdrawal of support for the SMB 1.0 network protocol in Windows 11, and future versions of the Microsoft OS, as there are many, many users who need to make use of this communication protocol, especially users households, since there are hundreds of thousands of products that use the embedded Linux operating system on devices that still use the SMB 1.0 protocol, and many devices, such as media players and NAS, that have been discontinued and companies no longer update their firmware.
I personally will be harmed, as I make large-scale use of my DUNE HD SOLO LITE 4K mediaplayer, discontinued and no longer firmware update by HDI. Since the protocol is already turned off, for optional use by the user, since windows 10, because if they take the trouble to remove it, it is enough to make it clear that it is not a safe protocol and that it must be used at the user's own risk user, and not let Microsoft define for its exclusion, leaving thousands of users in the lurch.
Please have more empathy with your Microsoft users, do for a moment the exercise of putting yourself in these users' shoes and you will see how much this attitude of removing this network support can harm the lives of many people, in domestic use, and as mentioned above by some companies that use equipment that requires this SMB 1.0 protocol.
