I noted all the services that run in the background at the time of disconnection and started uninstalling/disabling them one at a time. The following are some of the things I did:-
1. Disable Computer Browser Service
2. Uninstall Avast Antivirus.
3. Reset the IP address.
4. Uninstall VMWare
5. Install Windows Updates.
All the above did not solve the disconnection problem.
Then I noticed when I am not playing any game which requires me to open Origin I do not disconnect. So I tried it a few more times to confirm the issue and uninstalled the Origin client and installed steam. I did not face the disconnection issue after that.

Edit: I think the error is a mix of both Origin Updates and Windows Updates, As this is not a constant issue. I had this issue a few months back but it got fixed by itself with a windows update or an origin update. Then it started happening again this month.
