Thanks Eriq. I did notice that post of yours previously and tried the above with no luck. At this point, I went back into my local DNS server and updated the lease time to 2 weeks and disabled NetBios. So far so good but it's only been a few hours. And I only disabled NetBios on my desktop, not my laptop. There's also a whole slew of alerts and errors which come up before the disconnect happens but I can't figure out the correlation.
I should also add that when it disconnects, I automatically reconnect with WiFi so it's something specific to the hardwired connection rather than the machine at a whole. It's a real mystery. It never happened when I had a Windows 10 and a Windows 11 device, but now that both devices are at Windows 11 it's a daily issue.
