Fragobar I got some more information for you. We have had customers this and last week that had older types of "booking room devices" that suddenly stopped working after working for years. These devices were pretty old so we did some digging and their support told us we needed to enable TLS 1.2 in these devices. Once we did, they started working again. This could probably be why you're having issues.
What makes it strange is that Microsoft announced they will start deprecating TLS 1.0 and 1.1 as of June 2020. But the Exchange Team blog post mentions October 2018. So not sure which and what is correct but I suspect that Microsoft simply continues to slowly disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1 on a tenant by tenant basis. Maybe The_Exchange_Team can comment?
But for anyone - TLS 1.0 and 1.1 is doomed - get off it ASAP 🙂
