Did you hear of room lists? What is a room list?
A room list is a collection of room mailboxes. Room lists are specially marked distribution groups that you can also use the same way you use ‘regul...
tfitzgerald It will group them by whatever you have put in the City field. It does not currently do any checking to see if this is a real city as we put "Gloucestershire Hotdesks" in the city field to make it show up separately on our list as so:
So (as it currently works) if you want to differentiate at the moment then you would have the countries listed in the city field as "London (Ontario)" & "London (England)" for the room finder to show them separately.
The_Exchange_Team / Nino_Bilic - More intelligent filtering would be welcome to get around this issue. Maybe some configuration options in Exchange that let you configure Room Finder for your own Enterprise's requirements would be appreciated instead of a one size fits all approach. For our use case it would be handy to have the type above the building and for the "buildings" room lists to only show if the type you selected has lists in that city. This would mean we could choose workspaces and then the buildings would show "Gloucestershire" with only the lists that have workspaces. (At the moment you choose a list and then try to work out if there are conference rooms or workspaces in that list.)
