Harald_Steindl Yes, the room finder is an embedded WebView component. When I initially encountered the capacity issue, I was surprised I couldn't reproduce it in OWA. As noted in my first comment, I performed thorough elimination testing before concluding it was most likely a client issue. When the issue did spread to OWA a few hours later, I provided an update both here and in my support ticket. Presumably during my initial tests the client and OWA were fetching the room finder content from different servers and it took a while for the buggy change to propagate to both.
Also note there is precedent for the Outlook client experiencing unique issues with the room finder - for example, the Outlook team recently patched a bug which was preventing delegated/shared mailboxes from loading room finder.
