KarriS - Just tested in our environment and yes this has happened to us as well.
The_Exchange_Team Nino_Bilic - Last few months it was Room Lists with only Workgroups not showing up, this month it is no capacity filtering on windows outlook and there is still the ongoing issue of how long it takes to refresh the metadata after making changes to resources which causes confusion as meeting room data needs to be up to date (especially during a pandemic where capacity limits and room information is changing constantly). We have spent a lot of time trying to make this feature work in our enterprise but user confidence in the product is lower than ever after all the problems and users are asking us to switch to 3rd party options.
Please can you put some resource into making this feature stable as Resource booking is a fundamental feature of exchange/outlook for many enterprises and businesses. At the very least there should be testing that catches these problems with insider/preview rings before they go out to current and monthly enterprise users.
