I'm having an unusual problem with room finder in the Outlook client - capacity is no longer showing on any rooms, resulting in the capacity filter option being greyed out. But if I search for the same room via the location field, the capacity (and corresponding filter) is displayed normally. The issue is unique to the desktop client, it doesn't occur at all via OWA.
I've tested on multiple devices, multiple networks, and multiple versions of the client (v2108 build 14326.20784 Click-to-Run & v2202 build 14931.20120 Click-to-Run). I've tried a new profile, and disabling cached exchange mode. The issue persists.
I know a few other people monitor replies to this article - are you having the same issue in your environments?
