I have not tested in an Exchange On-Premise environment.
-OrganizationalUnit is a parameter of the New-DistributionGroup command.
And applicable for Exchange Server 2010, Exchange Server 2013, Exchange Server 2016, Exchange Server 2019, Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection !
I would do in order :
- New-DistributionGroup
- I wait for the replication and verification in GAL
- Then I transform the group distribution into a Roomlist
- I attach the members to the roomlist
The display uses this tag Roomlist.
Wait 24-48 hours and more even if the roomlist is first in GAL !
Check the replication in OWA
The big change in this évoution is the display.
Also, you should check the prerequisites: webview2, Outlook version, OWA enable
