We are having trouble viewing the recall report for a user's mailboxs that has been delegated to another user with Read and Manage and Send As permissions, ie the delegate sends and email and recalls it but cant view the report, getting an access denied error.
A support rep on an open case has told me recall reports are only viewable if the mail was sent from a delegated shared mailbox not a delegated user mailbox:
"We have got the confirmation from the Engineering team that the information provided in the reference article pertains to the shared mailbox and delegate scenario for a shared mailbox, rather than the delegation of an individual user's mailbox."
I interpreted your comment in December as recall reports are viewable be delegated of shared mailboxes as well as user mailboxes. Can you clarify if that is the case?
