This doesn't work at all anymore. Was no problem in 2022 and earlier when we were on Exchange 2013 on prem. Now that we are full 100% Exchange Online, we just get
Messages to recipients outside your organization or on-premises can't be recalled" even though its from our org to our org (internal mail).
I tested with another account and what happens is the recipient still gets the email, but then they get another email that says Recall: in the subject. In the body its my full AD name would like to recall the message, "test". Then my signature that CodeTwo Email signatures for Microsoft 365".
We have an executive who wants to know why this worked with the on-prem Exchange, but why doesn't this work anymore for the O365 Exchange Online?
How can I get support to fix this?
