Thank you for your reply, and sorry for my frustrated comment yesterday. I'm glad to hear there is a way to disable this, and once users are able to check the recall status from within the client, I think it will become a much more useful tool for us here.
Andrew_WooOur users do not sign into the Microsoft 365 suite, as they simply use Office 2016. Once we move to Office 365 this may become more of a concern, as licenses are attached to users instead of being key based.
MFA is great, but if a user doesn't adhere to security concerns, they are likely to just click approve on any MFA prompt they receive. With this concern in mind, if you have any additional advice to give, feel free to message me if that functionality exists on here. (I'm new to the tech community so I'm not entirely familiar with everything.)
