There was an August 27th 2021 article titled "New minimum Outlook for Windows version requirements for Microsoft 365" mentioning November 1st 2021 as the date that services in Outlook 2010 will no longer be able to connect to Exchange. This was a follow up to the February 4th 2021 article titled "Basic Authentication and Exchange Online – February 2021 Update" that mentioned a year deadline from the time the program continues which was still TBD as of August.
This newer article seems to contradict the August article and reinforce the Oct 1 2022 date. Is this article saying that the date set in August for November 1st 2021 has been pushed back to October 1st 2022? This would be a massive sigh of relief. If not, what is this article stating that i don't understand?
Thanks,
Jackson
