I am very disappointed. What is the use of new functions if they don't work and no improvements are made to them? IMPORTTEXT got changed and the locale option was eliminated. Now it works with local files but no longer with files I get from other parts of the world. We get the option of 20.91 (which is a text) or 2091 (which is the incorrect number) instead of 20,91 (which is what we want). I also have now several older files that have #VALUE! errors because these changes. Here in Germany we have the word "verschlimmbessern" which means trying to improve something and thereby making it actually worse.
