odhanson, Glad to hear that refreshing from table/range should now be available. I've tried making a query to combine data from a couple of tables into one table on my PC (Excel 365 version 2007, build 13029.20344) and shared with a colleague who uses a Mac (Version 16.40, 20081000), and though they did not encounter any error messages, when he tried to refresh the table it got stuck on refreshing and wouldn't finish after a minute or two (it only takes 5 seconds or less on my computer). It appears that the file thinks there are external data connections because Excel prompted my colleague to enable external data connections, but I only connected it to tables within the file. I'm guessing queries might be considered an external data connection, even if connected to the same file?
