Hello,

As a 365 admin, I have to ask is an option to disable user requests for the additionally billed license "Python in Excel add-on" with cloud "premium compute" somewhere on the roadmap? So far I haven't found neither option to disable it in tenant nor registry keys.

    I don't know if you've resolved your situation, but this MS Learn Document may help.
