You're not supposed to play around with scripts at work, the only way to get in depth learning to fully use is to play with it at home with your personal subscriptions, this means that you'll either already have ample experience using it, or spend money to learn it so one can contribute with solutions at work in a snap. When I'm at work and thinking about a solution for process improvement, I don't waste company time trying to figure out how the logic of a script runs using company time, out of curiosity and the motivation to make life easier at work, I go home and test a VBA macro or function and bring the tool to the office for my own use. So why does Microsoft now think that companies are willing to have their employees figure those things out using paid company time? It does not make sense but I guess it's allowed if your work for Microsoft? I highly doubt it but yea ok. Toink!
