Lev_Solodkin : It would be great if the users clicks on Accept it fills the formula and if users clicks on Cancel it should do a flash fill.

Also there must have been a great demand from Home / Family users for this feature compared to the business users for it to be released first on Microsoft 365 Personal or Family.
