StevenHall I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble getting the function in Excel for the Web. I have some basic troubleshooting questions so I can help you. If you send feedback from Excel we can get more telemetry about your version as well. Got to Help->Feedback and describe your Issue "I cannot access StockHistory function in Excel Online. ATTN: KayceeR" and check the box to include your email address. This will be the easiest way for us to find out what's going on.
Additionally:
Are you signed in? You can see your sign-in info in the top right of Excel Online
Are you using English or another Language - The function name may be translated and not appear in the autocomplete when typing =StockHistory.
Are you on an Enterprise version of a subscription for Excel Online? There is a chance we have an issue rolling out to these tenets.
Do you have a free consumer login or a paid subscription? For the moment this function is only available to subscribed customers.
